Class Fee: $10.00 per class if pre-registered / $12.00 day
of show if not pre-registered (plus late fee, so please pre-register!)
Entries: Entries must be mailed, phoned, or sent via the internet
by Thursday at 7pm prior to each show. We must have a copy of your coggins
and the entry form signed in order to allow you to show. Trainers, if
you're bringing young students without parents, please print an entry form and
have a parent sign. Go ahead and email us your entries so you are pre-regsitered,
but bring the signed entry form so we'll have an adults signature. You may
also email us a copy of your coggins so we'll have it on file for the year.
Refunds: If you need to make ANY changes to your entries, do so the
morning of the show when you check in before you hand your check over.
Once you have received your back number, no refunds will be given! You may
however "swap" classes at no additional cost. (say you were going to enter
the 2'6" division but after arriving feel your horse really only needs to do the
2' division, you may swap divisions)
Office Fee: $5.00 per horse/rider combo
Stall Fee: $25.00 for a day stall (includes shavings) or $40.00 for
overnight stall (Friday night & show day, may school in the arena until 5pm
the evening before the show.) We'll be glad to dump your feed for
you the night before and morning of! :) Reserve stalls as early as
possible as we only have a very limited amount! Stalls fees must be paid
in advance in order to guarantee reservation. Call Ashley at
706.676.5566.

Late Fee: $10.00 per horse/rider combo for horses not entered by
Thursday at 9pm EST before each show.
High Point of the Day: $5.00 per horse/rider. Riders who sign
up for this are eligible for a trophy at the end of the day should they
accumulate the most points of all the riders signed up.
Unjudged Warm Up: $5.00 per round. Beginning at 8am (until
8:45am) we will start an Unjudged Warm Up class where you will jump the course
of your choice ("A", "B", or "Equitation") one round. You are not being
judged so there are no ribbons. Will will start the show promptly at 9am
so be sure to get to the ring early if you want to get your unjudged warm up in!
When pre-registering be sure to mention if you will be participating in the
un-judged warm up. The arena will NOT be open for schooling the morning
before the show starts. The arena will however be open during the 15 min. lunch break for our
afternoon riders to school on the flat and over crossrails. We will only allow up to 10 riders at a time
during this break for a limited amount of time so we can keep things safe!
Thanks for understanding!
Red Dot Sale Horse: $5.00 Do you have a horse for sale?
For $5.00 we will put a big red dot on your back number and announce each time
you enter the ring or win a ribbon that your horse is for sale and who to
contact!

RULES AND GENERAL INFO
1. A current, negative coggins test must be shown at the show
check in this year in order to get your back number! The
department of Agriculture knows we are here and may drop in at any given
moment, so PLEASE bring your coggins. You can leave a copy with me
so I'll have it on file if you'd like. Also, back numbers will not
be given until releases are signed.
2. The farm's front gate will not open until 7:30am. If you
need to arrive sooner please contact Ashley to make arrangements.
3. All riders regardless of age must wear ASTM helmets if they are
mounted on a horse.
4. Any disrespect to the judge, show officials or anyone connected
with running the show will not be tolerated. We will ask you to
leave and no money will be refunded. We're here to have fun!!!
5. Entry Info: Please pre-register by calling
706-676-5566, 706-895-2325 or email
rivermontfarm@gmail.com . Make sure you give the horse &
riders name, the classes you wish to enter, if you will be doing High
Point of the Day and if you need a stall. Also please let us know
if you are doing the unjudged warm up and leave your phone number in
case we need to contact you. When you check in the morning of the
show you are allowed to make any adjustments to your entries that you
need to make, but once you have paid there will be no refunds. You
may swap your classes for another class at no penalty.
6. Payment of Entries: Check or cash is accepted, and
you're welcome to leave an open check with the check in table. We
prefer checks from each individual rider rather than one big check from
the trainers, so please try and bring individual checks for each rider
if possible. Thanks.
7. Attire and Tack: Riders are required to wear
proper hunter attire (jacket, helmet, breeches or jodphurs, boots, and a
ratcatcher shirt) unless otherwise stated on this website or permission
from the judge of the day. Our
July and August show polo shirts will be permitted. Tack wise we
go by standard USEF rules. Remember this is a hunter show, so
please no square saddle pads (a lot of the judges really turn their nose
up to those! Just a free tip! :) ) or leg wraps or bell boots of
any sort except in Equitation. Please feel free to
email me with any questions regarding this. No standing
martingales in flat classes! No hackamores in any hunter
class.
8. Order of Go: We will have an order of go in the
over fences classes this year to help things run a little smoother and
faster.
9. We have a new PA System this year so hopefully everyone will be
able to hear much better!!! YEA!
10. Rivermont reserves the right to alter the show schedule or any
of the rules at any time.
11. INCLEMENT WEATHER:
If weather is even questionable, please call Ashley at 706-676-5566
and/or check this website as information will be posted regarding any
shows cancellations due to weather. Should a show be cancelled due
to weather, it will be rescheduled on another date. Shows
will not be cancelled due to freezing temps, we just dress really warm!
Coffee and hot chocolate are available to help out on these day! :)
