YEAR END AWARD SIGN UP FORM

In order to be eligible for Year End Awards at Rivermont Farm you must fill out this form and return it to us before your points will begin to accumulate.  There is no charge for our year end awards program however someone associated with the rider (family member, friend, etc.) must work at least 9 hours throughout the season for rider to be eligible for their award.  Rider must compete in at least 5 out of 9 shows throughout the season, and rider must sign up by the 5th show in order to be eligible.
